Weddings: Day-of coordination

You have spent countless hours planning your big day. Now sit back and relax!

Here are some of the things I do to make sure you can enjoy your special day.

• Provide two hours of consultation approximately one month before the event.
• Assist you in filling out questionnaires that will familiarize me with every aspect of your event. The information gleaned from such questionnaires also permits me to create a master wedding timeline for all participants.
• Review vendor contracts so that I know exactly what services must be provided on your big day.
• Create detailed timelines for bridal party, groomsmen, parents, and vendors.
• Meet two weeks before the event to confirm final details.
• Confirm all details with vendors three weeks, and again one week, prior to your wedding.

Price to be negotated depending on your needs, distance to event, and travel expenses. Typical packages range from $750-$1000.
